THE ONLY TRUE HIGH PERFORMANCE HOME!
Pre-Engineered · ICF Construction · Shipped to Your Site
Standard models are the foundation of our business, but every House-By-Numbers home is designed with luxury in mind. Choose a proven model or bring us your custom-home vision or existing plans. We design, engineer, and supply a high-performance ICF exterior-envelope system built for beauty, resilience, comfort, and a 100+ year lifespan.
Luxury is not a price point.
The System
SolidCore ICF Homes is the company behind the House-By-Numbers building system — a pre-engineered exterior-envelope system for modern, energy-efficient, fire-resistant, disaster-resilient homes. Our standard models make high-performance construction repeatable and efficient; our custom-home service applies the same proven system to each client’s plans, site, lifestyle, and architectural vision.
Every component is pre-cut, numbered, and packed into ISO containers in sequence. Your system arrives at your site ready to build. A numbered guide walks every trade through every phase. No material sourcing headaches, no guesswork, no generic product substitutions.
Plan design and structural engineering are included in every system. High Performance ICF Housing, Designed for the World. Fulfilled regionally through Atlanta, GA and Salt Lake City, UT — shippable anywhere a container can go.
Four Standard Models
All four models share the same ICF system, suppliers, and build process. Each includes plan design, structural engineering, complete Tremco envelope system, Strata windows and custom iron entry door. Final plans and designs will vary.
Open-concept great room and kitchen, primary suite with walk-in closet, and a practical mud/laundry zone. Modern roofline, stucco exterior, and large windows bring luxury, natural light, and high-performance living into a compact footprint.
Modern sloped roof with extended overhangs and a refined stone-and-stucco exterior. Primary suite with walk-in closet and ensuite, thoughtfully planned secondary bedrooms, and a large sliding rear glass door.
Open-concept great room and kitchen, primary suite with walk-in closet, mud/laundry zone, and Bedroom 4/office. Modern shed roof, stucco exterior, large windows, and a rear multi-slide glass door.
Largest standard model — 20′×20′ great room, expansive dining/kitchen with walk-in pantry, luxury primary bath, dedicated guest bath, and Bedroom 4/office. Large rear multi-slider.
System price includes plan design, structural engineering, complete envelope system, Strata windows, sliders + custom iron entry door. Not included is everything else — such as contractor, concrete, MEP, interior finishes, appliances, furniture, permit fees, etcetera. (Not a full exclusionary list.)
Benchmark Model — SC-2000 Sample Plan
SC-2000 Benchmark Concept. This original plan-and-rendering study demonstrates how a repeatable high-performance ICF envelope can support a fully realized luxury home. The open great room and kitchen, private primary suite, flexible secondary rooms, mud/laundry zone, and three-car garage create a strong starting point. The illustrated plan is conceptual; each final design is refined for the client, site, climate, local code, and architectural vision.
Customer Journey
SolidCore is directly involved in phases 1–4. Phases 5–8 are executed by you and your local contractors, with SolidCore providing all documentation, specifications, and support to guide the build to completion.
Choose SC-1500, SC-1700, SC-2000, or SC-2500 and review the base plan with our design team. Custom Home: Existing client plans are forwarded to our design and engineering team for review and ICF-system compliance. Wood-frame plans require redrawing and new structural engineering.
Interior layout, bedroom/bath configuration, kitchen design. Select Strata series, iron entry style, finishes, upgrades. Full design package produced. Plan Designer included in system price.
Stamped structural drawings per model and site. Rebar determination (GFRP non-seismic or steel for seismic zones). MEP rough-in plan. Client uses stamped plans to apply for building permit.
Bill of Materials generated per model. Routed to the appropriate Atlanta or Salt Lake City fulfillment operation based on the project region. LiteBar is pre-cut, Strata openings are boxed by code, and Tremco CPG/Nudura ICF + LiteDeck roof deck panels are packed per manifest and shipped to the job site.
At the same time the materials order is placed, the client hires a local general contractor to oversee the project and engage the required subcontractors. Trained ICF contractors are available in most markets. Tremco also provides training for contractors who are not yet familiar with the Nudura system.
Numbered HBN build sequence: foundation → ICF + rebar + MEP sleeves → Zont bracing → house concrete pour → garage walls + pour → LiteDeck roof deck → roof pour → Tremco WP/Dryvit stucco & NewBrick → Strata openings + iron door installed.
Source flooring, tile, cabinetry, countertops, and paint per designer finishes schedule. Local subs install. Appliances and fixtures purchased locally.
Phase inspections per HBN checklist at each structural hold point. Final building inspection by local authority. Certificate of occupancy issued. Move-in.
Approximate total timeline from permit issuance to move-in: 18–26 weeks.

Fulfillment & Coordination
Atlanta fulfills projects east of the Rockies, supported by its proximity to Tremco CPG operations in Columbus, Georgia. Salt Lake City remains the SolidCore and House-By-Numbers main office and serves as the western fulfillment center for projects west of the Rockies, Hawaii, and the Pacific Islands.
High Performance
Nudura ICF construction combines a monolithic reinforced-concrete core with continuous EPS insulation on both sides of the wall. The result is a tighter, quieter, more stable building envelope with minimal thermal bridging, substantial thermal mass, strong fire performance, and site-specific resistance to wind and seismic loads. It is not simply more insulation — it is a fundamentally different way to build the home.
Faster than traditional construction. Durable for 100+ years. Shippable anywhere a container can go.
